In order to benefit from the Elara International Guarantee, Elara products must be purchased directly from our official website or authorised Elara retailers. If these conditions are not met, the manufacturer’s guarantee does not apply.
Terms and Conditions of the Elara International Guarantee
Your Elara jewellery is internationally guaranteed against all manufacturing and material defects for 24 months since the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions. Any part found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will, at the sole discretion of Elara, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The Elara International Guarantee is valid only if the guarantee certificate has been enclosed with the jewellery upon return. This Elara International Guarantee does not cover defects resulting from accidents, mishandling or incorrect or abusive use (for example, scratches, knocks, dents, crushing, excessive temperatures).
Please send us an email for repairing or replacing any defective jewellery, and we will process your request within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the right to charge for shipping costs.
