Q1  What makes your jewellery unique?

We believe timeless design connects people. It drives our brand to build a deep emotional connection with our clients through precious and unique jewellery born from an understated luxury approach, which focuses on the pure form of the jewellery.

The unique structure of our jewellery is a result of two years of research and development. Every form and structure of the jewellery is beautifully made to best narrate our design thinking.

Therefore, innovation is constantly implemented into our handcrafting process in order to achieve the quality that we strive for our valued clients.

 

Q2  What is the base metal of your jewellery?

Due to the geometrical form of our pieces, they are crafted of grade 316L stainless steel as the base metal, which is hypoallergenic and widely used in the biomedical and watch industry. This material provides excellent strength in the jewellery structure so that every piece can be precisely manufactured to match our quality standards.

Subsequently, all jewellery is hand polished and delicately coated layer by layer in 18-carat Rose Gold finish by our craftsmen.

  

Q3  Where is your brand origin?

Elara was founded in Singapore by Richard Yeon, a designer who has a passion of crafting his own unique and timeless jewellery.

It is essential for him to build an emotional connection with people through designs that could stand the test of time, which he believes what a timeless design truly is.

 

Q4  Is there a guarantee for my purchase?

Your jewellery is made according to the strict quality standards of Elara with all the care of our highly qualified artisans. 

Nevertheless, all of our jewellery is covered by Elara International Guarantee against defects in manufacturing and materials for 24 months since the date of delivery, except for human negligence.

Q5  What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in USD.

 

Q6  Do you provide free international shipping?

Yes. All local and international orders come with complimentary shipping by DHL Express Worldwide.

We ship all over the world with few exceptions. Please send us an email if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipment to your country.

Q7  How long will it take to receive my order?

Every purchase from Elara is customised to order to ensure the greatest experience for our clients.

Orders within Singapore will arrive within 14 days, while overseas orders take up to 21 days upon the placing of your order.

   

Q8  Is it possible to change my order?

It is not possible to change an order. If you wish to change your order, please place a new order and contact us for order cancellation, subject to the stage of order processing, and we will clarify if your item is possible to be cancelled.

If not, we will be glad to assist you in your return.

 

Q9  How do I make a return?

If you wish to return any item purchased on our website, please contact us prior to returning your merchandise, we will initiate your return and identify the correct return shipping address and method.
